Order Policy:
All items sold through this webstore are produced on a preorder basis and are considered custom merchandise. Once an order is placed, it cannot be edited. Cancellations or adjustments may only be requested before the store’s posted deadline. After the order window closes, no changes can be made.
Because each item is made to order, all sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted on custom goods. Please allow approximately 2.5–3 weeks after the store closes for production and fulfillment.
Finished orders will be distributed according to the arrangement made with the account lead for each group or organization. Customers are responsible for coordinating pickup or delivery directly with the account lead. For any questions or issues with your order, please reference your order number when contacting us.
