This little storefront was what legitimized a dream into the real thing. Originally named Isla Vista Screen Printing, we squeezed a manual press and a small dryer in this little space, which allowed us to be creative, workshop, and open our business up to the local community.
We used our tools of print and design to create a unique voice in Isla Vista. We learned over time how much people wanted to express their love for this neighborhood by way of wearing our tees.
Over time, our retail space became Island View Outfitters, a literal translation of Isla Vista, so we can keep homage to our original roots.
The youthful glory days of printing late nights in a makeshift retail storefront never loses the magic. Now, the magic is seen with every customer that walks in that combs through our tee designs or talks nostalgia about a memory they had years ago when they once lived down or up the street.

As of October 2023, we found a new home for our office and design team on upper State, Santa Barbara. The doors are always open for walk-ins, whether you need to talk about a custom print project or to stroll through our collection of Island View Outfitter apparel.
